About Us
Consumer Assist is a subsidiary of DCM (Debt Control Management), a company involved in debt counselling for more than five (5) years.
DCM's subsidiaries CARE, GAS and Consumer Assist provide employer groups and individuals with fully inclusive financial wellness services.
Consumer Assist:
- provides consumers with simple, easy to understand information on the debt review process, and
- introduces consumers to experienced Debt Counsellors who have agreed to adhere to the Consumer Assist code of conduct:

CARE (counselling and rehabilitation empowerment) is the only NCR accredited Debt Counselling software, and is used by all Consumer Assist listed Debt Counsellors.
GAS (Garnishee Administration System) administrates Garnishee orders on behalf of employer groups. Simplifying the process, identifying fraudulent garnishee orders and verifying fees charged by attorneys and debt counsellors.
